This model offers a unique one-on-one therapeutic relationship with a licensed professional counselor who is trained to assist in your healing process.  The standard meeting time for individual therapy is weekly sessions for 55 minutes.  The standard fee for individual therapy is $150 per session.

A Note About Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider. It is important for you to check if your insurance plan covers mental health services as well as your responsibility with co-payment, deductible, and/or co-insurance amounts. As a courtesy, we can bill the following insurance companies directly as an in-network provider:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Moda Health Plan
• PacificSource Commercial Plans (Not OHP)
• Cigna (Currently full – no openings)
• Evernorth Behavioral (Currently full – no openings)

If your insurance company is not listed, upon request, we will provide a “Superbill” which is a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement, which you can take to your health insurance company to seek full or partial reimbursement, though your payment will still be due at the time of service.
