On a personal note, Crystal is married to her high school sweetheart, and they now have two sons in high school, each with his own unique personality. As a family, they enjoy trips to the Oregon coast and exploring the beautiful waterfalls of the Pacific Northwest. They also have a mini husky (Alaskan Klee Kai) who, as a “forever puppy,” is undoubtedly the family favorite! Crystal is a deep thinker who values meaningful conversations that challenge both herself and others to learn, grow, and rise strong through life’s challenges.
Crystal would be honored to learn more about you, hear your story, and walk with you on your journey to Rising Strong!

Validation and empowerment are central to Tami’s clinical approach. She offers a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore their concerns and examine the connections between past experiences and present thought patterns. Through trust-building and thoughtful, incremental change, Tami helps clients identify internal strengths, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and move toward greater emotional regulation, confidence, and clarity.
Tami has experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and parenting-related concerns. Her work is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, and she integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and behaviorally based interventions to support each client’s unique goals.
On a personal note, don’t get her started on dogs. Tami is a self-proclaimed fanatic and regularly embarrasses her family by stopping to admire every dog she sees. Her dogs, Bella and Newbe, are beloved members of her family.
